The background is created using the My Favorite Things - Stencil and Memento Angel Pink ink pad. I then stamped the roses and leaves from the WPlus9 Fresh Cut Florals using the Memento Love Letter and Bamboo Leaves ink pads.Finally, the sentiment is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and is from the same stamp set.
This is so pretty although I'm not really sure what your flourishes are in this design!

Gorgeous card, love that stencilled panel although our challenge was one layer with a 'flourish' theme so not sure your card qualifies.
